Hart & Cooley, parent company of American Metal Products, and J&J Register announced the consolidation of the AmeriVent gas vent and chimney systems and the J&J Register brand. While each will retain its manufacturing and brand identity, they will share a distribution network to simplify ordering. The integration provides wholesalers with expanded product offerings, additional products and consolidated shipping.
