Intuita Holdings will join the Infor Distribution Group, which is led by Jim Byrnes, senior vice president and general manager, and will continue to operate in its existing location. Both Infor and Intuita Holdings are privately held companies. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Prior to being acquired, Intuita Holdings was a partner of the Infor Distribution Group and had invested heavily in internationalizing Infor's products. The acquisition of Intuita Holdings provides Infor with additional development resources and international domain expertise. Enhancements to Infor's solutions will expand sales opportunities globally by enabling multi-national distribution companies to standardize on a single vendor for their entire operation.
