EMCOR Group (Norwalk, CT) bought Akron, OH-based S.A. Comunale, a privately held fire protection and mechanical contracting company. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. S.A. Comunale will become a subsidiary of EMCOR, but retain its name. For more information, visit www.emcorgroup.com.
