Ferguson Acquires Another HVAC Distributor

Ferguson acquired the assets of United Automatic Heating Supply Ltd. from James Haskell. United Automatic is an Ohio-based distributor of HVAC equipment and supplies. By the end of last year, the company had revenue of $29.4 million and gross assets of $5.4 million.
