Red Man Pipe & Supply said that as of Nov. 15, all of its stores in the Gulf Coast area were back to full operations, with the exception of its Cameron facility, which is relocating to Sulphur, LA, and the Buras, LA, branch, which is closed permanently. Buras' employees are working out of the Harvey, LA store.
