MAAX Inc. has finalized its acquisition of the shares of Aker Plastics Co., a manufacturer of fiber glass and acrylic bathroom products. The transaction is for a total consideration of $78 million (U.S.) subject to certain adjustments. Aker's management team is staying in place.
