Noveon: Dave Ash has been appointed manager of codes and approvals for all CPVC product lines licensed by Noveon, formerly BF Goodrich Performance Materials. He has been with the company for 28 years, most recently as manager of information technology. Also, Rich Mondragon has been appointed FlowGuard Gold piping systems consultant, Colorado, for Noveon. He had been serving as Western U.S. regional outside sales manager for Barnett Inc.
