McJunkin Corp. has acquired substantially all of the assets of Automation & Control Specialists of Dublin, Calif.
McJunkin Corp. (Charleston, W.Va.) has acquired substantially all of the assets of Automation & Control Specialists of Dublin, Calif. The management team of ACS is remaining with the merged business and will operate as part of McJunkin's Controls Division. The transaction was completed Feb. 5.
