IPEX has introduced Q-Line Water Service Tubing, made of high-temperature (HT) linear polyethylene plastic and claimed to be the first municipal water service tubing in North America that meets the new AWWA C903 standard. “Q-Line complies with all United States plumbing code requirements for water supply piping installed between the property line and the building,” says Trevor Johnston, business development manager for IPEX. “It also meets Canadian code requirements, which call for a hot water rating for water supply.”
