Strahman Buys French Valve Maker

Strahman Valves Inc. of Florham Park, N.J., has acquired MG Process Valves. MG will be renamed Strahman MG and will continue to operate from facilities in Mery, France.

As a result of the acquisition, the two companies can consolidate their product ranges to encompass fabricated valves, including disc and piston diverter valves; spray and rinse tank valves; metal seated piston valves; and rotating and sliding line blinds.

The new product range is suitable for the chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, mining, polymer, pulp & paper and food and beverage industries, as well as the world of biotechnology.
