Heating, Airconditioning & Refrigeration Distributors International announced Richard Wirtz is its new associate director of education. He will assist with the Home Study Institute, coordinate the guest educator program and work as a liaison for course approval with North American Technical Excellence. He recently retired from his position as associate professor and HVAC department coordinator with the Columbus State Community College in Columbus, Ohio.
