The Educational Standards Corp. (ESCO Institute) has established a new grant program to fund outcome assessment testing - external certification/validation - through HVAC Excellence. The total value of these grants for the 2004-2005 academic years is limited to $4.8 million and is available to both secondary and post-secondary HVACR programs.
