Affiliated Distributors Honors Four Plumbing Wholesalers

Affiliated Distributors hosted its annual Plumbing Network Meetings in Tempe, Ariz., in February and presented awards to four plumbing wholesalers. Columbia Pipe & Supply of Chicago and Ideal Supply of Las Vegas were honored for highest overall growth in 2003, based on an increase in the company's performance with A-D plumbing suppliers. The Plumbers Warehouse of Carson, Calif., and Eastern Pennsylvania Supply Co. of Wilkes-Barre, Pa., received awards for highest overall participation, recognizing the percentage of purchases made with A-D Suppliers as a percentage of total company purchases in 2003. Affiliated Distributors is comprised of more than 350 independent distributor companies with more than 5,000 locations, representing sales of more than $18 billion.
