Harry Eklof & Associates, Landover, Md., named David Dahl an account manager with responsibility for contractors and engineers in the Richmond and Tidewater areas. Also, Macdonald Smith has joined the heating and air conditioning department where he will work with assigned wholesalers, contractors and engineers in Maryland and northern Virginia.
