Armstrong Pumps named Steve Cuthbertson manager/distribution development. Most recently he was director of sales and service Canada with Lennox International. Before that, he was president of A+ Heating and Air Conditioning Ltd., a multi-branch contractor. Also, Joanne Schneider has been hired as parts technologist. Previously she worked in building design for an HVAC consulting engineering firm.
