Web Sites To Watch … The Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Institute (ARI)

The Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Institute (ARI) launched a Web site, www.ari.org/cert, that contains information about ARI's certification programs including: detailed program descriptions; consumer tips on utility rebates, the benefits of purchasing ARI-certified equipment and the difference between certified and rated products; a section where independent laboratories can solicit bids for conducting product performance testing of HVACR equipment for the 2005 testing year; frequently asked questions; and a link to PrimeNet, ARI's online database of product performance equipment and certified directories.
