UPC, UMC Code Change Proposals Invited

In accordance with the ANSI-designated 2009 Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC) and Uniform Mechanical Code (UMC) code change timeline, the IAPMO Standards Council has issued a call for proposals ending Feb. 1, 2007, at 5 p.m. PST.
Anyone interested in submitting a code change proposal should download the form titled “Form on Proposals,” found under the “Downloads and Applications” link at http://www.iapmo.org.
Both the Plumbing and Mechanical Technical Committees will meet in St. Louis, MO, April 23-27, 2007, to discuss proposed changes. Meetings are open to the public.
