Parker Hannifin Corp. has acquired Nexgen Hose, headquartered in Fergus, Ontario, Canada. Nexgen is a leading manufacturer of industrial PVC hose and tubing for use in the medical, agriculture, mining, diving, potable water / beverage and fire suppression industries. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. In 2007, Nexgen recorded revenues of $7.2 million and employed approximately 40 employees.
