Curtiss-Wright Flow Control Co. has acquired the assets of Modumend Inc. for $2 million.
Modumend is a market leader in the repair and refurbishment of obsolete power
supplies for both foreign and domestic clients in the nuclear, fossil and
non-power industries. It will be integrated into Curtiss-Wright Flow Control
Co. Nuclear Group within the Scientech business unit.
