The American Society of Sanitary Engineering is forming a working group for the new ASSE Series10000, a
professional qualifications standard for installers and inspectors of
sustainable mechanical systems. Dave Viola, IAPMO’s director of special
services, will chair the group. This standard will include water conservation,
energy efficiency, carbon footprints, and other sustainable systems.
