Acqusitions…Rotork

Rotork acquired Flow-Quip, a manufacturer of valves, actuators and other parts primarily for the oil and gas industry, for $8 million. Flow-Quip has annual sales reported at $14 million. Flow-Quip will become part of Rotork's Fluid Systems Division.
