Greenlee Textron sells interest in Rothenberger USA, LLC

Greenlee Textron announced it has sold its interest in Rothenberger USA, LLC, to its joint-venture partner, Rothenberger USA, Inc. The transaction allows Greenlee and Rothenberger to pursue their own business opportunities independently. Plumbing customers and distributors still will be able to purchase Rothenberger-branded products, in addition to the full Greenlee portfolio.
