Kerridge Commercial Systems acquires Mincron

United Kingdom-based Kerridge Commercial Systems reached an agreement to acquire Houston-based Mincron Software Systems and its suite of products. Kerridge previously acquired Cary, N.C.-based Dancik International in July 2016. Mincron will continue to focus on product innovation while providing customers access to other products and services from the KCS portfolio.
