Kayla Martin
Kayla Martin is the inside sales director at Southwest Sales in Irving, Texas, with more than 13 years of leadership experience and six years in the PHCP-PVF industry. Her career spans manufacturing, inside sales leadership, and team development, with a focus on building strong teams, fostering collaboration, and driving innovation. Kayla currently serves on the Membership Subcommittee for ASA Women in Industry and has remained actively involved with the organization, including attending the ELEVATE Conference for the past four years.
