Position: Entrepreneur, manager and luxury consultant (23 years)

Brent says: “Dellon has allowed me to build and maintain relationships that have lasted and will last throughout my career. My work has allowed me to express my creativity, marketing skills and business savvy. I’m not sure if there is another profession with quite so much variety.”

Casey says: “I think women underestimate how well-suited they are to the manufacturing industry, which suffers from a lack of diversity of perspective and where a woman’s tendency toward non-linear thought unlocks new solutions to problems that involve complicated networks of people and processes.”

Position: Key account manager — Houston EPCs (4 years)

Julia says: “Be strong, confident and professional. Learn your products and become the expert. Don’t sweat the small stuff — it helps to be a little ‘thick-skinned.’”

Position: Executive VP and COO (20 years)

Robyn says: “I love the energy at Liberty Pumps. We have a culture where even though we all have job titles there are no boundaries to our job functions. We do what it takes to get the job done.”

Position: Showroom product manager (12 years)

Denise says: “As a working single mom of three, my role as a mother comes first and Coburn’s is supportive of that purpose. With more than 50 branches in four states, no matter the location I always am greeted with a handshake and/or hug — genuinely regarded as family.”
