Fort Worth, Texas-based Cohn & Gregory Supply has acquired Joe White Tank Co., from owner Joe H. White Sr.

Joe White Tank is a tank fabrication company located in Fort Worth and is an ASME code facility that has been in business for more than 70 years. Joe White Tank holds an ASME “R” and “U” stamp for repairs and modifications. Joe White Tank also is National Board certified.

“We are so excited to have the opportunity to acquire the Joe White Tank Company,” Cohn & Gregory CEO Scott Mahaffey said. “It is not every day that you have the good fortune of adding such a great company with more than 70 years of history to our family of companies. This acquisition will allow Cohn & Gregory to greatly expand our market and to provide greater fabrication services to our existing customers and the industrial market both in north Texas and nationwide.”
