Despite some countries being exempted from the 25% government-imposed tariffs, carbon steel pipe prices are still quite elevated. 

Korea has been indefinitely exempted but a quota will remain, nullifying any relief for the time being on Korean imports. We anticipate prices will be raised to compensate for loss of capacity. Domestic product pricing has continued to climb since February. Increases on larger diameter pipe and seamless pipe have outpaced those on smaller welded product.
