T&S Brass and Bronze Works, a leading global manufacturer of innovative foodservice and commercial plumbing products, has acquired Italian manufacturer Klarco SRL, creating a union of two of the oldest and strongest family-owned plumbing manufacturers in the industry today.

Klarco is a leading European manufacturer and innovator of faucets, pre-rinse units and hose reels for the foodservice industry. The deal underscores T&S’ growing global leadership role and will allow Klarco to enhance and support the product selection and quality it is known for.

The acquisition will not result in personnel changes, staff reductions or relocation of Klarco operations. Klarco will continue to operate independently from its headquarters in San Quirino in northern Italy. T&S will remain headquartered in South Carolina.
