The annual ASA Safety Award is a program based on OSHA last work data. The annual award serves to highlight those companies that go above and beyond in the area of worker safety. The ASA Safety Award is designed to recognize ASA member companies that had the lowest incident rate of nonfatal injuries and illnesses throughout the previous year. We encourage all ASA members to participate in the award application process which will result in a total of six awards being presented, three to manufacturers and three to wholesale distributors. The criteria for receiving an award is based on a company’s total case incident rate (TCIR) for 2017.

To complete the application process please submit a completed application form along with a copy of your company’s 2017 OSHA Form 300A. Applications must be received no later than Aug. 31, 2018.
