Broomfield, Colorado-based Viega recently promoted Brad Sturgill to regional sales manager for the Mid-Atlantic region.

In this position, Sturgill’s responsibilities include implementing and managing Viega’s sales strategies throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, which includes parts of Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia.

Sturgill joined Viega in 2014 as district manager in the Mid-Atlantic region. He was promoted to regional sales manager in the Southwest region where he was the winner of Viega’s 2017 Top Gun award before moving into his present role.

Prior to joining Viega, Sturgill worked for nine years as a territory manager at the Ridge Tool Co., covering the same territory as his current promotion.

“Brad has a track record of building long-term customer relationships that boost company sales growth,” said Mark Evans, director of sales, North America, Viega. “With Brad’s historical knowledge of customers and geography of the area, we expect him to quickly adapt to his new role and continue to enhance our service levels and results in the Mid-Atlantic region.”

Sturgill earned his bachelor’s degree in business management from Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia. He resides in York, South Carolina, with his wife, Katie, and two children.
