PACE Supply Corp. recently held its largest grand-opening celebration in the company’s nearly 25-year history at its newly established 75,000-square-foot San Jose, California location.
San Jose Branch Manager Rocky Torrecillas commemorated the event with a traditional ribbon-cutting ceremony and remarked: “PACE Supply is thrilled to be in San Jose. This location will allow us to better serve our customers and offer contractors a local option for their plumbing wholesale needs. We’re proud of the local team we’ve assembled. Our future is bright in San Jose and we’re grateful to be here.”
In attendance to mark this opening of PACE Supply Corp.’s 24th location were over 500 customers, vendors and PACE Supply staff. Festivities included a BBQ cookout, vendor expo, tours of PACE Supply’s 4.5-acre operation on Quinn Ave., and a special meet-and- greet with San Jose Sharks’ players Jonathan Cheechoo and Evgeni Nabokov.
PACE Supply is an employee-owned distributor of plumbing supplies. The San Jose branch, the distributor noted, hosts the area’s largest in-stock inventory of plumbing, fire-protection, hydronics, pipe, valves and fittings, pipe support, wastewater, water-treatment and waterworks products. The branch is open Monday-Friday from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.
