Ferguson Facilities Supply acquired Dogwood Building Supply effective Oct. 22. The company will operate as Ferguson Facilities Supply, a Dogwood Building Supply Division.

Founded in 2004 and headquartered in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Dogwood Building Supply provides products for new construction and capital improvement renovation projects across the country. The company specializes in direct supply solutions – products shipped directly to the jobsite from the manufacturer – to streamline the supply chain.

“Dogwood Building Supply has strong relationships with hospitality, multifamily and student- housing communities, which nicely aligns with our Ferguson Facilities Supply growth areas,” Ferguson CEO Kevin Murphy said. “Their innovative business model will allow us to expand our product offering to our current customer base and provide more direct supply solutions.”
