• Washington, Pennsylvania-based Fairmont Supply Co. added distribution industry veteran Larry Davis to its team as its president. Davis replaces Tony Dobbs, who resigned as president and CFO to pursue other opportunities. Davis comes to Fairmont Supply with more than 30 years of sales and distribution experience, most recently as chairman and CEO of AgoNow, a national industrial wholesaler. The Fairmont Supply family of companies consists of Fairmont Supply, Piping & Equipment, THB and Industrial Pipe & Supply.

  • As a result of Davis’ move, AgoNow announced Mike Denning has been named its interim CEO. Denning is chief information officer and vice president of operations at AgoNow. Davis remains a co-owner of AgoNow.

  • PRIER hired Roger Dunham as shipping supervisor and leader of the company’s growing warehouse team. Dunham has 18 years of warehouse and operations management experience.

  • Bradley Corp. announced the appointment of Luis de Leon to executive vice president of the Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin-based manufacturer of plumbing fixtures, restroom accessories and emergency equipment. In the newly created position, de Leon will focus on Bradley’s global sales, marketing and operations, while advancing its efforts to align with marketplace needs.

  • In other Bradley news, the company hired Mark Owens as director of commercial sales and promoted Mike Vickery to commercial business development manager.

  • Water-treatment OEM Water-Right promoted Melanie Jayjack to marketing manager. She previously was the brand manager for the company in charge of its Evolve and WaterCare brands. Christine Van Sickle has joined Water-Right as its new brand manager.

  • Indian River Consulting Group hired McKinnon Shisko as a senior associate.

  • Triangle Tube debuted its new website at www.triangletube.com that supports a new focus on customer support and provides comprehensive technical support and video resources, the company notes.

  • Panasonic recently announced a new collaboration with Trumbull Campbell Associates, an HVAC equipment and parts manufacturers rep firm, to distribute Panasonic VRF equipment to its commercial customers in eastern Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire and Rhode Island.

  • Duravit USA selected Diversified Spec Sales as its new sales partner in Michigan. Diversified has offices in Comstock Park and Oak Park, Michigan.

  • Advanced Drainage Systems recently acquired Infiltrator Water Technologies, a leader in onsite septic wastewater treatment, for a purchase price of about $1.08 billion from an affiliate of the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan and other stockholders.

  • Phyn, an Uponor joint venture, recently was the recipient of a Red Dot Award for its Phyn Plus smart water assistant and shutoff product. The company was honored in Germany in July. This year’s Red Dot Award had more than 5,500 entries this year, and is one of the largest design competitions in the world.

  • EasyFlex named Arrow Sales its manufacturers representative for Indiana and also hired Rothenberg Associates as its new marketing rep for the New York metropolitan area.
