Wolseley Industrial Group, the industrial division of Ferguson Enterprises and a supplier of products and services to the North American industrial market, announced the acquisition of Process Instruments & Controls, completed Sept. 9. The company will transition to the Wolseley Industrial Group brand.

Headquartered in Bakersfield, California, Process Instruments & Controls is a distributor of high-quality process instrumentation, valves and control valves. The company offers technical expertise in automation and has strong relationships within the oil and gas markets in central California.

“We are committed to expanding our valve and automation capabilities and offering robust solutions for our customers,” Ferguson CEO Kevin Murphy said. “Through Process Instruments & Controls, we reach new customers and will add pipe, fittings and flanges to their product offering.”
