• Steel coil along with scrap has softened from weak demand in part due to virus concerns. We expect to see a 5% increase on the back of projected steel scrap / CW pipe increases, however this increase will likely be deferred to early 2021.  Demand remains stable and fill rates should be ~98% for standard sizes / classes through Q2 2020.
