Why he was chosen as a Next Gen All Star Top 20 Under 40 winner:
“A few short years ago, James worked inside sales in our Portland, Maine branch. He was promoted to run his own location in 2021 and since then he has grown his branch by over 100%! So much so, that he and his team have already outgrown their new location, adding additional square feet in another building to handle all of the demand from loyal customers in the area. He is an incredibly effective manager and team leader with a very bright future ahead of him. And the best part? He’s just getting started with all he will accomplish in his career,” says Bill Condron, president, The Granite Group.
