Aquatherm recently announced team changes to its staff.
Derek Robinson was appointed to the newly created position of director of commercial business development for Aquatherm North America, effective Jan. 2. Robinson brings 21 years of mechanical and plumbing industry experience to Aquatherm North America; most notably, he recently served as Eastern regional sales manager for Aquatherm North America from May 2021 to December of 2022.
Robinson started his career as an account executive for Mutual/Hughes Supply in 2002, commercial quotations manger for Ferguson and sales executive for BBN Sales. In 2012, he was named Southeast district manager for Viega. He was Viega’s health care business development manager until 2021 when he transitioned to Eastern regional sales manager at Aquatherm
He received his degree from Georgetown College, Georgetown, Kentucky — Kinesiology, 2002.

Jim Leary was named the new Eastern regional sales manager for Aquatherm North America, effective Jan. 2. Leary and his family live just outside of Atlanta. He brings almost 40 years of mechanical and plumbing industry experience to Aquatherm North America; most notably, Leary recently served as vice president of sales for Widos LLC in North America from June of 2011 to December of 2022.
Starting his career as a pipefitter apprentice in the UA in 1980, he has been involved in the installation of piping systems in a wide range of applications over his career. Focusing on the plastic piping industry since 1999, Leary has been involved in many areas of the industry from applications engineer to his involvement with standards and code development for plastic fusion.
Elizabeth Williams was appointed to the newly created position of inside sales manager for Aquatherm North America, effective Jan. 2. Williams brings 18 years of mechanical and plumbing industry experience to Aquatherm North America; most notably, she recently served as national sales administration manager for Viega from July 2017 to December of 2022.
Starting her career as a customer service representative, then to inside sales as a sales rep, and eventually becoming the manager of the department, Williams has a bachelor's degree in business administration from McPherson College.
