Coach, speaker and writer Dave Kline will conduct a leadership workshop during the ASA Central Summit June 18-19 at the InterContinental Kansas City at the Plaza.
The ASA Central Summit is bringing together wholesalers, suppliers and reps from the 13 Central states of Colorado, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Oklahoma, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Texas and Wisconsin for two days of education, best practices sharing and networking. More than 80 ASA-member wholesaler firms have been invited.
Kline will talk about the seven leadership mistakes he’s made so you don’t have to. He’ll show attendees how to make a company’s core values magnetic; how to steal Nick Saban’s recruiting playbook for your team; how Mad-Libs can help deliver even the hardest feedback; and how to stop your team from quietly delegating work back to you.
