The 2024 AD PHCP North American Meeting, AD’s largest meeting to date, welcomed over 1,300 attendees from AD member, supplier, and service provider companies for a week of collaboration and strategy. The meeting featured AD’s Plumbing, Pipe, Valves and Fittings (PVF), and HVAC divisions in the U.S. in a gathering that celebrated the AD community and reinforced the value of connecting through face-to-face meetings and discussion.

AD’s 2024-2025 meeting season features the theme “Better Together” – which celebrates the importance and value of partnerships and teamwork within individuals, companies and departments; with customers, suppliers and reps; and within the multi-faceted and growing AD community.

The meeting offered a Joint PHCP Supplier Business Meeting and divisionally focused Member Business Meetings, where members reviewed AD’s 2024 performance and explored key growth initiatives for 2025 and beyond. Additionally, attendees took the time to connect in new sessions with likeminded individuals in the PVF Groundwater space to explore new and exciting opportunities.

“As the AD community expands, our members and suppliers provide AD with opportunities to grow the value we can bring to additional business segments,” said Justin Dunscomb, President of AD’s PVF Division. “When AD members and suppliers grow, we are there to grow with them to ensure we have solutions for the innovative ways they are doing business. There is no better time than the AD North American Meeting to bring our community together to network and strategize in person.”

Collaborating and networking with the best of the best

Each AD meeting features formalized Network Meetings, which offer dedicated and structured time for members to connect and collaborate with their Executive Network Groups to support each other’s growth, share best practices, and work together to create sustainable long-term success.

Roundtable Discussions also presented opportunities for others in the AD community to connect with fellow leaders and talk through problems and solutions facing their businesses. These discussions covered a wide range of topics, including sales, and purchasing.

The AD Women’s Community Network Reception brought the AD community together for a session of development and connection where attendees shared their experiences in their companies and industries. In the spirit of connection, Sally Boyer, Director of Marketing Communications for AD supplier, Nibco Inc., warmly welcomed attendees to the session to kick off the week.
