First series of classes focuses on four main products.

A. O. Smith announced a new series of online training courses through A. O. Smith University. The weekly virtual courses will educate customers on sizing, service and installation techniques for A. O. Smith’s water heating technologies.
The courses will take place every Wednesday in a live, online format and feature an interactive Q&A to allow for attendee engagement.
“As the industry develops, we are dedicated to not only providing premium water heating technologies, but also the tools and resources needed to better understand how to work with these technologies,” said Jerry Winslett, A. O. Smith national field marketing manager. “Educational resources are vital to industry professionals and we continue to expand our offerings so customers can utilize the resources that best fit their needs and schedules.”
The first three classes of the month will feature a focused one-hour broadcast covering key topics such as features, applications and installation best practices. During the final course of the month, attendees will dive deeper with an extended three-hour advanced technical training broadcast designed to provide in-depth expertise and professional guidance.
The first series of classes will focus on four main products—A. O. Smith’s Adapt+ gas tankless water heater, Cyclone high efficiency gas water heater, Voltex AL Hybrid Electric heat pump water heater and Commercial Electric HPHW.
