First Supply wins two awards for workplace culture
Energage and the Wisconsin State Journal honor First Supply.

First Supply was recognized by Energage as a 2025 Top Workplaces USA winner.
In addition to that national honor, based solely on employee feedback, First Supply was also named a 2025 Madison, Wisc., Top Workplace by the Wisconsin State Journal.
"Winning a Top Workplaces award is a meaningful testament to the culture we’ve built together at First Supply," said Katie Poehling Seymour, CEO of First Supply. "To receive not just one, but two Top Workplace honors this year—on both a national and local level—reinforces that our team’s dedication, collaboration, and innovative spirit truly set us apart."
The Top Workplaces USA program evaluates organizations with 150 or more employees and selects winners based on survey results from more than 42,000 participating companies. The survey measures 15 research-backed culture drivers proven to predict high performance and employee satisfaction.
“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That's something to be proud of. In today's market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That's paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”
The Madison, Wisc., Top Workplaces award was based on the same employee-driven survey conducted by Energage.
