Professor David Foot of the University of Toronto, will return to address our group (he was voted our "most popular speaker" in 1998) on the vital economic and demographic trends that will shape our channel in the years to come.
A joint session co-hosted by ASA and the Plumbing, Heating, Cooling Contractors association will explore ways in which wholesalers and their customers can cooperate to streamline costs.
The debut of ISH North America represents an event that ASA believes is the best answer to trade show consolidation for our industry.
Popular events such as the IPD and AMD breakfast programs will continue to be part of the schedule, as will receptions for IPD and YE members. We'll reprise the 2-hour Opening Party, which debuted last year in Las Vegas to rousing success. This event allows all convention attendees to gather for cocktails, conversation and plenty of great food during their first night in town.
New Lower Fees!
Along with the radical changes to the convention program, our members will see new, lower convention registration fees - just one way of thanking our member distributors, manufacturers and manufacturers reps for their continued support. And, a new option will allow manufacturers representatives to register to attend just the Opening Party and the ISH NA show at a much-reduced rate.
