2002 turned out to be an exciting and challenging year for the Education Foundation. Early in the year we introduced revised versions of our PVF Courses that are offered in a CD-ROM format. We were also pleased to present a first-class Institute for Distribution Management, publish research on ASA's training needs, and offer an exciting Webinar on profitability. We also collaborated to bring several sales training seminars to ASA's members.
