Prophet 21, Inc. reported an increase in revenues of $2.7 million and an increase in net income of $4.7 million for its fiscal year ended June 30, 2002, over its prior fiscal year. Revenues were $43.5 million, as compared to $40.8 million for the prior fiscal year. Net income was $2.6 million, or $0.65 per share diluted, as compared to a loss of $2.2 million, or ($0.58) per share diluted, for the prior fiscal year.
