National Kitchen & Bath Association is appointing a search committee to recruit a successor to CEO Cecilia A. Balazs, who resigned from her position effective Oct. 25. She will join Reico Kitchen & Bath of Springfield, Va., to manage its branch in Bethesda, Md. During the past five years Balazs was responsible for the implementation of NKBA's strategic goals and objectives, oversaw an increase in membership of more than 40% and assisted in the growth of the Kitchen/Bath Industry Show.
