Edgen Corp. announced an organizational restructuring that includes the appointment of Dan O'Leary as president and COO. O'Leary previously held positions with Red Man Pipe & Supply in Tulsa; Lone Star Steel; Maverick Tube; and most recently served as president and COO of Baton Rouge-based Stupp Corp., a carbon steel pipe manufacturer. Edgen CEO Jay Roccaforte, who has been serving as the company's president, will continue to serve in that capacity, focusing primarily on strategic growth. Also, Bob Gilleland has been named senior vice president of business development.
