Delta Faucet Co. has implemented JD Edwards' One World Order-to-Cash software application, designed to improve the ordering process for customers. The company-wide effort, launched in October, will ultimately help to create a seamless package of interdependent information systems for order entry, customer service, account management, manufacturing and materials, and shipping.

"The benefits of this latest upgrade will boost production internally while facilitating the day-to-day ordering process for our partners in the trade," Joseph Buser, director of information services, said in a statement.

To ensure a seamless transition, Delta engaged Andersen consultants to manage the implementation process. The consultants worked with Delta's project team, focusing on improving business process design and improving the simplicity and speed of the order-to-cash cycle.
