Estimation, a TradePower Solution, celebrated its 30th business anniversary with the start of 2003. The company provides the construction industry with products like the Estimation estimating system and the PowerPRO Purchasing System. Estimation was founded by the late George M. Llewellyn. By combining his knowledge of construction with computer technology, George presented the industry with its first estimating system, TEK Unit, in 1973. Now, in 2003, contractors can use the next generation of Estimation, NET Series, Version 10, which will be released at the 12th annual Estimation User Conference April 6-9 in Baltimore.
