Noland Co. (Newport News, Va.) hired Patricia Tumolo as benefits administrator in its corporate headquarters. Also, D. Scott West, a sales specialist for Noland's Hampton Roads operations, was named manager of the company's Mobile, Ala.-branch. Tumolo formerly was director of employee benefits for a retail clothing company. West joined Noland in 1998 and prior to that was a salesman for Thos. Somerville Co.
