Pace Analytical Services Inc. acquired the assets of Spectrum Labs Inc., a water treatment material and device testing laboratory that performs testing with regards to NSF, AWWA, ASTM and ASME method guidelines.

Pace Analytical will continue to operate the testing laboratory in St. Paul, Minn. Timothy Shannon has been retained as product testing manager and he and his staff (previously of Spectrum) will operate this facility. Thomas Halverson, previously with Spectrum Labs, will serve as director of business development for this acquisition.
